What a blessing to know that Father in Heaven, The Creator of all things visible and not visible would promise this "on those who fear Him."
To reap these benefits would then require each one to develop an attitude of reverence toward God The Father and believe in the Son, Jesus Christ. Mankind is not able to achieve this without the aid of God The Father Himself through the Holy Spirit. Nothing righteous in the life of a believer is left to personal will or chance by God. The power of His righteousness will not allow anything tainted to come close to Him. Jesus, hence, is The Way to Him.
"If any of you lack wisdon, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let Him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tosed. For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."
